By placing an order on tunakawano.com you agree to the following terms. Please read before purchasing.

Orders & Payment

All prices are originally in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. I accept major credit cards and debit cards. Your card is charged at the time of checkout.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

I ship from Banff, Alberta, Canada, primarily using Canada Post. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and can change due to customs, weather, or postal delays outside my control.

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. I am not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country.

Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is made to order or hand-packed just for you, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges based on buyer error (wrong size ordered, change of mind, etc.).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect: Please reach out within 7 days of delivery at kawano.luna@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. I will do my best to make it right — whether that is a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation.

Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit (no movement on tracking for 21+ days domestically or 35+ days internationally), contact me and I will work with Canada Post to resolve it.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they cannot be replaced. I pack originals carefully with rigid mailers and protective materials, and ship with signature confirmation where available.

Commissions

Commission enquiries are handled individually. Pricing, timeline, and terms will be agreed upon before any work begins. A deposit may be required. Completed commissions are non-refundable once the final artwork has been approved and delivered.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and images on tunakawano.com are my original work and remain my intellectual property. Purchase of a product grants you personal use of that item only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of my designs is not permitted without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the value of the items purchased. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside my control.
